The Directorate General of Immigration of Indonesia has officially launched the All Indonesia Digital Arrival Card, an integrated online entry system that combines immigration, customs, and health declarations into one digital platform. Starting from 1 September 2025, all passengers arriving in Batam through international ferry terminals such as Batam Center, Harbour Bay, and Sekupang are required to complete the form before arrival. Registration is free of charge and takes only a few minutes to complete. Travelers can fill in the form at the official website allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or through the All Indonesia mobile application available on the App Store and Google Play. Once submitted, a QR code will be sent by email, which must be presented at immigration and customs upon arrival in Batam.
